Job Purpose The Internal Account Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality operational and partner support within the cybersecurity distribution business. This role serves as a key liaison between channel partners and internal teams, ensuring the efficient management of partner inquiries, quotations, order processing, and post-order support. The position requires strict adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), accuracy in transactional execution, and comprehensive documentation within the companys CRM system. Key Responsibilities and duties Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned channel partners, ensuring professional, timely, and consistent communication. Respond to partner inquiries in accordance with the established two-hour SLA, maintaining service excellence standards. Prepare, validate, and issue accurate pricing quotations in alignment with approved commercial frameworks and internal processes. Manage order placement activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Provide proactive and timely updates to partners regarding order status, stock availability, and estimated delivery timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including partner opportunities, activities, and pipeline status. Coordinate with internal sales, operations, logistics, and vendor teams to resolve partner requests and escalate issues as required. Support partners with product-related information and transactional guidance, referring advanced technical or commercial matters to appropriate internal stakeholders. Education and Experience: Matric 2+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or a similar role. Experience in IT distribution, channel sales, or vendor management is advantageous. Familiarity with Cyber Security Vendor products and processes Listening and understanding Fluency in English Attention to detail is a large requirement Key Competencies and expectations Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across quotations, orders, and system records. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured and solutions-oriented approach. Proficiency in CRM platforms and related business systems; experience in distribution or cybersecurity environments is preferred. Salary +- R22 500pm
