What You’ll Do For The Brand Recruitment and Selection – follow the recruitment process as outlined up to middle management occupational level. Obtain recruitment requisition signed off by management, draft internal and external advertisements, place adverts, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, ensure competency‑based interview questions, complete pre‑employment checks, provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, maintain recruitment information, and ensure employee details are submitted to Payroll. On Boarding – oversee onboarding process, arrange induction and ensure new team members are properly inducted. Performance Management – assist business teams in managing performance, facilitate job descriptions, align performance agreements, provide training for managers, coach for performance improvement, and manage the performance process. Talent Management / Succession Planning – identify potential and recognise talent, conduct talent forum, implement retention strategies, use training to create development plans, maintain an attractive work climate. Employment Equity – manage Employment Equity meetings and ensure equity considerations in recruitment, transfers, promotions. Industrial Relations – implement IR in line with group practice, arrange hearings, oversee dismissal process, keep up to date with CCMA. Injury on Duty – manage IOD process, log IOD, follow claims, ensure status and completion. Terminations – inform parties, conduct exit interviews, identify trends. Reporting – prepare and present monthly catch‑up and consolidated reports. Communication – ensure policies and procedures are effectively communicated and strategic campaigns updated.
