What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a high-performing warehouse team, driving excellence in stock accuracy, cost control, and turnaround times. Own the DC operations – from receiving and storage to dispatch and distribution – ensuring seamless support to all our stores. Optimise processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service levels. Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, stores, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly. Ensure 100% compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and company policies. What You Bring to the Table A proven track record in warehouse or DC management (10+ years) – preferably warehouse/DC management in retail, FMCG, or supply chain. Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software Strong leadership skills – you know how to get the best out of your team. Excellent knowledge of inventory systems and operational processes. A solutions-driven mindset – you see challenges as opportunities to improve.
