Requirements Matric / Grade 12 certificate Driver's License (not negotiable) Not completed a YES Program It would be beneficial if you are studying towards or have recently completed a qualification in: Sales & Marketing Business Management / Commerce Automotive Retail / Customer Service Computer literate (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Passion for the automotive industry Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment Key Responsibilities Assist sales consultants in handling customer inquiries and follow‑ups Support with vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads Help prepare sales documents, quotations, invoices, and delivery paperwork Participate in dealership events, activations, and promotions Conduct research on vehicle models, pricing, and competitor offerings Assist in updating online vehicle listings and marketing content Learn and help track performance metrics such as lead conversions and sales targets Provide administrative support to the sales and finance team Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
