Reference: 11144 CM Consultant: Christa Mostert Job Description Prepare and manage monthly financial, management, and performance reporting packs Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all financial reporting activities Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making Analyse financial and operational performance and provide meaningful business insights Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Strengthen reporting controls, governance, and financial reporting standards Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements and financial policies Support external audits and statutory reporting requirements Develop automated reporting solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and data quality Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operational teams to ensure reporting accuracy and relevance Provide management with actionable insights to improve business performance Utilise data analytics, modelling tools, and AI-driven technologies to enhance reporting capabilities Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field Professional qualification such as CA(SA), SAIPA, or CIMA preferred Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial and management reporting Strong experience in financial analysis, reporting, and performance management Commercial or agricultural industry experience preferred Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft BC) advantageous Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and reporting standards Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
