Key Responsibilities Monitor, analyse, and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate process deviations, root causes, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and work instructions. Conduct process trials, data analysis, and performance evaluations. Support production teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems. Manage process-related projects from concept through implementation. Monitor key process indicators and prepare technical reports and recommendations. Collaborate with maintenance, production, quality, and engineering teams to achieve operational objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BEng/BSc) in Chemical Engineering. 35 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment. Experience within paper, pulp, packaging, FMCG, chemical, or continuous processing industries will be advantageous. Strong understanding of process optimisation, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
