Overview Job Title: Front Desk Sales Representative (SDR) – First Hire Compensation: Commission: $10 per new patient evaluation (after a 3-month trial period) About the Role We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Sales Representative (SDR) to be our first hire in managing inbound leads from Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook). This is a high-growth opportunity for someone experienced with small businesses and eager to grow with the company. The SDR will act as the first point of contact for potential patients, ensuring leads are engaged efficiently, and discovery calls are executed effectively. Primary Responsibilities Manage inbound calls and follow-ups from prospective patients. Conduct discovery calls using a provided script to identify patient needs. Perform cold calling and lead recruitment as required. Track and manage leads in the CRM (GoHighLevel) . Coordinate scheduling and patient intake using Jane EMR/scheduling system . Maintain consistent communication with the team to improve processes and conversion rates. Lead Flow Leads originate from Meta ads targeting “runner’s analysis” and “shoulder analysis.” Upon form opt-in, the SDR receives an immediate automated call notification . Candidate Profile Proven experience in small business environments ; eager to grow with a startup. Strong communication and interpersonal skills ; bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required. Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and follow-up activities . Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy , with an ability to learn new software quickly.
