Summary Manage Human Resources for various clients within the consultancy from administration to advisory. Reporting to Senior HR Consultant Location : Cape Town Schedule : Monday-Friday Work setup : Remote Work (Ad hoc visits to clients around Cape Town) Responsibilities Statutory Compliance (UIF, COIDA, EE, SDL etc) Employee related paperwork (contracts, policies, letters, memos etc) Remuneration Payroll Onboarding Induction Probation Performance Management Training Disciplinary Management / IR Talent Management Retention Offboarding Organisational Development Vision Values Culture Climate Employee well-being engagement, etc Communicating with employees about HR-related issues Supporting, and where possible, advising our clients in People related matters or initiatives. Being the primary contact point for selected clients within the consultancy. Build maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, their existing teams, etc. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Honors Degree in HR or Industrial / Organisational Psychology is advantageous At least 3 years experience working as an HR Lead / HR Consultant or in a similar role Experience in an agency environment handling multiple accounts is advantageous Based in Cape Town to serve Cape Town based clients.
