Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations . Ensure all ingredients are prepped, portioned, and stored correctly . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times. Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality . Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and basic ordering processes . Monitor food quality and report any issues to senior chefs. Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations .
