Minimum requirements and responsibilites:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar Minimum of three (3) years experience within a busy HR Department VIP Payroll experience (processing payroll for 450 staff) + general VIP payroll administration; Compiling & submitting an annual Workplace Skills Plan, Annual Training Report & Employment Equity Report to the relevant authorities; Co-ordinating and managing Health & Safety related matters in conjunction with an appointed health & safety company to obtain OSHAS 18001 accreditation; Handling & administering all Workmens Compensation (WCA) matters; Skilful in chairing or prosecuting at disciplinary hearings; Experience in handling CCMA matters pertaining to the company; Assisting in the selection, recruitment and appointment of staff; Assisting in the training and development of the workforce; Liaising with Department Heads & Senior Management to ensure best HR practices; Reviewing HR policies & procedures in conjunction with the HR Manager; General HR Administration on a daily basis; Evidently, strong computer and administrative skills are essential; Valid drivers license and own transport
