We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our Rewards ecosystem . This is not a traditional PM role - it is a high-impact, strategic position at the intersection of customer engagement, partnerships, data, and digital platforms . The successful candidate will play a key role in evolving and optimising the organisation's Rewards programme, driving innovation and delivering measurable customer and business value. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Rewards programmes , ensuring alignment to strategic objectives Define and establish project governance frameworks , including steering committees and delivery structures Develop and manage integrated project plans , including timelines, dependencies, and milestones Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, data, compliance, and external partners Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Oversee partner onboarding and integration within the Rewards ecosystem Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups Ensure change management and adoption of new capabilities across the organisation Maintain full ownership of delivery performance (scope, time, cost, quality) Critical Experience (Non-Negotiable) Proven experience delivering Rewards / Loyalty Programmes Deep understanding of: Rewards models and benefit structures Rule engines and programme changes Partner ecosystems and onboarding End-to-end Rewards programme lifecycle management 8-10+ years' experience in Project / Programme Management Track record of delivering large, complex, strategic initiatives Experience in Financial Services or Insurance environments Strong exposure to Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
