Qualifications and Experience A relevant undergraduate degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification Proven experience - 3–4 years in management consulting, organisation design, organisational development, or related advisory roles. Demonstrated experience working on organisation design initiatives, including operating model design, workforce planning, job architecture, or organisational restructuring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations. Experience in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships across multiple levels of an organisation. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Familiarity with change management principles and frameworks, and experience supporting transformation initiatives. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, and other visualisation tools); experience with HR analytics tools is advantageous. Understanding of industry trends, business strategy, and organisational effectiveness principles. A proactive, self-reflective mindset with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
