KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation, programming, servicing, and maintenance of chemical dosing equipment Installation of soap dispensers and dosing systems across client sites Maintenance and repair of industrial dishwashing, laundry, and cleaning systems Conduct client training on equipment usage and best practices Attend to breakdowns and emergency technical call-outs when required Build and maintain strong client relationships Complete accurate service reports and submit to management Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards on all sites Provide technical feedback and support to the sales and service teams REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 / Matric Electrical qualification or certification (essential) Minimum 3 years relevant electrical / service technician experience Experience in chemical dosing systems (advantageous) Experience with laundry and dish machine systems (advantageous) Valid drivers license and reliable transport Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Good communication and customer service skills Computer literate (MS Office) PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Hands-on and technically minded Reliable and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Professional and customer-focused Team player with good time management skills APPLICATION PROCESS: Interested candidates should email their CV and supporting documents to:
