Overview An established Cape Town-based construction company is seeking a hands‑on Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a R40 million+ high‑end, multi‑level private residence in Cape Town. This is a technically demanding build on a steep, sloped site, requiring a Site Manager with proven experience in complex residential construction and the ability to manage programme, cost, and quality under pressure. This role is best suited to: Experienced Site Managers Senior Foremen ready to step up, who have worked on large, complex builds Key Responsibilities Full on‑site management of a high‑end residential build from groundworks through to final handover Management of all subcontractors, trades, and site personnel Driving construction programme and ensuring adherence to project timelines Coordination with professional team (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors) Management of structural elements including:Piling and foundations Retaining structures Multi‑level concrete works Lift shaft construction Ensuring strict quality control aligned to high‑end residential standards Monitoring costs, variations, and site productivity Enforcing health & safety compliance on site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
