Key Responsibilities Procurement Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies for water infrastructure and irrigation projects. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and contractors. Manage the procurement process including RFQs, tendering, negotiation, and contract management. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Control procurement budgets and optimize cost efficiency. Logistics & Supply Chain Responsibilities Plan and manage logistics operations including transportation, shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to project sites. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment. Manage warehouse operations and inventory control. Optimize supply chain processes to reduce delays and operational costs. Handle import/export documentation and compliance requirements in African countries. Project Scope Must have experience in Irrigation Projects/oil gas/large diameter pipe Project. Must have experience in minimum 1000mm Dia of MS Pipe/DI Pipe. Preferably Gravity/Irrigation Pipe line. Concrete structures for Irrigation Projects/oil & gas/large diameter pipe Project. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 10 years of experience in project control roles for Irrigation Projects/oil & gas/large diameter pipe Project. bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or related field . 8–12+ years of experience in procurement or logistics management . Experience in water infrastructure, irrigation, water treatment, or utility projects is highly preferred. Experience working on projects in Africa is a strong advantage.
