This role is central to hotel operations, requiring strong coordination between departments, efficient system management, and a proactive approach to sales conversion. The successful candidate will play a key part in maximizing occupancy, maintaining accurate booking records, and delivering seamless service from enquiry to check-out. The Reservations Agent will handle bookings across multiple channels, including telephonic, email, OTA, and direct platforms. A strong understanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategies is essential, as the role involves upselling, cross-selling, and monitoring room inventory. The position also requires consistent communication with guests and internal teams to coordinate requests, payments, and special arrangements.
