Minimum Requirements 35 years experience in a similar hospitality management role. Previous experience within a luxury lodge or safari environment preferred. Strong operational understanding of Rooms Division and lodge operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Opera / Opera Cloud systems.
