Introduction The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting asset management functions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and maintaining accurate inventory records in line with public sector standards. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain asset and inventory registers Ensure compliance with asset management policies and procedures Conduct asset verification and reconciliation processes Support procurement and asset acquisition processes Prepare reports on asset movement, status, and audits Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworksLiaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements: Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related field Proven experience in asset and inventory management (preferably in the public sector) Strong understanding of PFMA and public sector compliance requirements Experience working with asset management systems Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Key Competencies: Attention to detail Analytical thinking Problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure Strong reporting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
