About the Role The Product Manager will join the Connectivity & Insights pod in Dotdigital’s product team. The role will focus on ensuring that our customers can seamlessly integrate their tech stack with our products. You’ll support Dotdigital’s product strategy by working to increase the number of valuable integrations in our ecosystem (both in-house and partner built). You’ll also help our customers get the most value possible out of our integrations by improving user experience, breaking down barriers to entry, and helping to drive up adoption. You’ll work on both our Dotdigital CXDP and our newly acquired product Fresh Relevance (an Enterprise Personalization platform). Responsibilities Build and own a product roadmap for integrations that supports Dotdigital’s product strategy. Conduct varied, continuous discovery in collaboration with stakeholders to map out the integrations landscape across industry trends and competitors. Assess API schema or auth requirements to understand what can be done with another platform’s API, our own API, or Tray (our iPaaS). Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and relevant stakeholders to craft potential solutions and test assumptions to identify valuable ideas, perform value/risk analysis, and suggest possible success metrics. Track success or failure and share learnings, providing informed opinions on when to pivot or drive forward. Work proactively with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and prospects to understand demand for various integrations to inform prioritisation. Use market research and internal insights to implement a compelling integrations strategy that keeps Dotdigital at the forefront of the integrations space. Make logical suggestions on pricing and packages when developing new features or products. Determine and communicate the launch process and reasoning, along with insights and improvements anticipated from previews, sometimes with help. Collaborate with Product Marketing to help inform and develop the launch narrative for any solutions you’re launching publicly. Drive forward the end-to-end product development lifecycle for your area of responsibility, from concept to launch, including working with development teams within an Agile framework and ensuring on-time, value-adding features. About You You’re a Product Manager with demonstrable experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycles from scoping to delivery and post-launch support, following an Agile methodology. You are ideally familiar with API & authentication frameworks, as well as iPaaS systems (extra points if you’ve used Tray before). You make things happen. You’re hands‑on with discovery and delivery, ensuring our products succeed and know when to ask for help. You have experience building relationships with customers, partners, customer‑facing teams, sales teams, engineers, and more. You have excellent written and verbal skills, evangelise your goals to help others understand, and conduct honest, productive conversations. You’re super‑organised and experienced working in cross‑functional engineering teams, clearly communicating when roadblocks arise. You’re a problem‑solver who can bring together people and knowledge to solve complex, sometimes technical, problems and ensure successful outcomes for Dotdigital and our customers. You’ve got great ownership, focus on producing value over following processes or the latest framework.
