The Creative Production Manager understands that great creative output today isn’t just about ideas — it’s about delivering them efficiently, at scale, and to a consistently high standard. This role sits at the intersection of creative production, operations, and AI. You’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality creative assets across marketing campaigns, while ensuring workflows are efficient, scalable, and continuously improving through the use of automation and AI tools. You’ll manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and video creators, working closely with creative leadership and marketing stakeholders to bring campaigns to life and optimise output through data-driven insights. What you’ll be doing Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary creative production team including designers, copywriters, and video creators Overseeing the delivery of creative assets across multiple campaigns and digital channels Managing project intake, timelines, and workflows across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers Ensuring all creative output meets brand standards, quality benchmarks, and campaign objectives Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimisation, AI tools, and automation Building scalable creative systems including templates, workflows, and automated production processes Collaborating with marketing teams, creative leadership, and stakeholders to prioritise projects and allocate resources effectively Providing feedback and guidance to maintain a high standard of creative output Monitoring team workload and capacity to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality Staying up to date with emerging technologies, AI tools, and best practices in creative production What we’re looking for Extensive experience managing creative production within an agency, studio, or marketing environment Strong understanding of workflows across design, copywriting, video, and multimedia production Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience driving process improvements and production efficiencies Familiarity with AI tools, automation systems, and emerging creative technologies Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders A relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency Why this role This is a chance to play a key role in shaping how modern creative production teams operate.
