We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, along with a strong understanding of SETA processes and requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and administer training and development programmes Liaise with SETA bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Assist with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR) submissions Maintain accurate training records and employee development data Support learnerships, internships, and skills development initiatives Track training budgets and compile reports for management Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and training providers Ensure all training interventions align with company and legislative requirements Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in a Learning and Development or Training Administration role Solid experience working with SETA processes and submissions Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and reporting tools) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Please send your CV to: #J-18808-Ljbffr
