Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Site and Plant Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations at a 30 TPH small‑scale gold mining plant. The role includes overseeing plant performance, supervising site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a local workforce in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise gold processing plant operations (crushing, milling, gravity recovery). Ensure consistent throughput and equipment functionality. Manage site logistics, ore feed, tailings, and water usage. Lead, train, and manage local staff and shift teams. Enforce site safety and security protocols. Maintain production records and report on plant performance. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or plant operations. Strong practical knowledge of gravity‑based recovery systems. Proven leadership in remote or small‑scale operations. Mechanical troubleshooting ability. Fluent in English. French or Swahili speaking will be an advantage.
