Junior IT Consultant position available in Paarl. Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware faults across desktops, laptops, network, printers, and peripherals. Provide 1st line IT support to internal users and manage 2nd line support in event of escalation. Manage hardware purchases for the firm. Manage Microsoft tenant, including user accounts, licenses, Microsoft 365 administration, and other software licensing for the firm. Serve as the primary point of contact with IT contractors as 2nd line support whom we outsource for hardware, programming, and licenses. Assist with the development and maintenance of internal applications as a secondary function. Requirements Any experience with a programming language will be a strong advantage. Demonstrates active use of AI tools to improve productivity and problem-solving in daily tasks. Previous exposure to a broad technology stack across networks, hardware, and software will be an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems or other transactional based systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
