We are a well-established diesel depot. We run a tight operation. There is no room for lazy or sloppy work. We are looking for a hands‑on, dedicated, trustworthy Operations Manager. The Role This is not a desk‑only job. Managing staff, overseeing deliveries, tracking stock, handling admin, planning ahead, and jumping in physically when needed. You will be the person I trust to keep everything running smoothly. You must be: Punctual Trustworthy Strong work ethic Proud of your work Dedicated Calm under pressure A go‑getter An operator at heart Work Requirements: Strong admin skills Microsoft literate At least 3 years’ experience in operations Able to think on your feet and plan ahead Male only – This role requires physical work (loading, checking, fixing something and moving around the depot) and getting hands dirty when needed. This is a genuine occupational requirement.
