As a Senior Technologist/Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical and architectural design, development, and implementation of various projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical and architecture design of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Provide expertise and guidance on all technical aspects of design and implementation, including software development, infrastructure, security, and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet project requirements. Mentor and coach junior team members on best practices and technologies. Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies, making recommendations for improvements. Participate in recruitment of technical talent. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Must be a registered Professional Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Technologist/Architect role. Strong expertise in software development, systems architecture, and database design. Proficiency in a variety of programming languages and technologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Experience in project management and Agile methodologies is a plus.
