About the Role We are a growing HR consultancy firm based in Paarl, providing hands‑on HR and payroll support to a diverse client base. We require a detail‑oriented and people‑focused HR Generalist / Payroll Clerk to support our consultants with day‑to‑day HR tasks and payroll functions. Key Responsibilities Payroll Support Assisting with monthly payroll processing for multiple clients Capturing and verifying payroll data Supporting statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, SDL) Assisting with payroll reports and reconciliations Human Resources Support Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and assist with recruitment administration and onboarding Draft basic HR documents, including employment letters, policies, and correspondence Maintain accurate employee records and HR files Capture and manage HR compliance information (e.g., Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting) Support HR projects and compliance processes Minimum Requirements Post matric qualification in Human Resources, Payroll, or related field 1–3 years’ experience in an HR and/or payroll environment Basic understanding of South African labour legislation advantageous Payroll system exposure (Sage advantageous) Strong administrative and organisational skills High attention to detail and confidentiality Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Strong communication skills (Afrikaans and English) How to Apply Please submit your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
