Group Food & Beverage Manager – Fine Dining Restaurants Location: Sandton We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Group Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across two prestigious fine‑dining restaurants in Sandton. This senior role requires a strategic leader with a strong financial background and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior Food & Beverage management role. Proven experience within fine-dining environments . Strong accounting background with the ability to interpret and manage financial data. Financial degree (mandatory) . Ability to effectively compile and present hospitality reports to the Financial Director. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations across two fine-dining restaurants, ensuring consistency in service excellence and brand standards. Lead and develop management teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Prepare, analyse, and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability across both outlets . Implement and monitor stock control, procurement, and inventory systems . Collaborate with executive chefs on menu development, pricing strategies, and costings . Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations . Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders . Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiencies . Standardise processes and ensure consistency across both locations.
