Reference: 11115 AV Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description Oversee and manage the full HR function across multiple company locations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Act as a key link between management and employees to address workplace relations and organisational needs. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary processes and CCMA representation. Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHS). Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures. Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration across all sites. Manage performance appraisal systems, probation processes, and employee development. Oversee skills development initiatives, including WSP/ATR submissions and SETA processes. Manage Employment Equity processes, reporting, and committee leadership. Oversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Drive HR system improvements and ensure data accuracy across HR platforms. Provide HR reporting, metrics, and insights to leadership. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field (NQF 7+). Minimum 10 years’ experience in a full HR management role, preferably in multi-site or FMCG/retail environments. Strong experience in disciplinary processes and CCMA representation (essential). In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, OHS). Experience managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations processes. Strong understanding of HR systems and payroll administration. Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator (advantageous). Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. High level of professional maturity and emotional intelligence. Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport with willingness to travel between sites.
