The Key Accounts Manager will own and grow relationships with strategic clients, acting as a primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Daily responsibilities include understanding client objectives, developing account plans, tracking performance against targets, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions, managing service issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Key Accounts Manager will regularly prepare reports, analyze account performance data, forecast revenue, and participate in business review meetings to support long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong account management and key accounts experience, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Solid analytical skills and business planning capabilities to interpret data, define strategies, and forecast performance. Proven customer service skills, including the ability to handle complex queries and manage expectations professionally. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. Ability to work proactively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
