Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge and experience. Expertise in Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrical systems. Previous crane experience is highly desirable. Experience with construction equipment (yellow machines) will also be considered. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment. Responsibilities Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. Inspect, diagnose, and repair Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrical components. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe operations. Follow established safety protocols and procedures. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
