This organisation is recognised for its integrated financial services model, combining deep regional expertise with global best practices to deliver innovative, customer‑centric solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and market leadership within the insurance business. Role Overview Reporting into the Group Executive leadership structure, the Managing Director will be responsible for: Defining and executing the country strategy aligned to broader group objectives Driving financial performance , sustainable growth, and market share expansion Leading business transformation initiatives , including digital enablement Embedding a high‑performance culture and strong governance framework Strengthening distribution channels and customer value propositions Managing key stakeholder relationships, including regulators, board members, and industry bodies Identifying and executing strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities This is a highly visible executive role requiring a commercially astute leader with a strong track record in insurance and financial services.
