As we expand, we’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Manger to join our team and drive long-term relationships with our most important clients. Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients. Your mission will be to nurture strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for account growth. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and product teams to deliver best-in-class service and drive success for our key accounts.
