A big part of your time should be spent out in the market meeting people, understanding their business, and finding opportunities. We are looking for someone who believes in face‑to‑face selling. Someone who is comfortable walking into a room, asking the right questions, and building enough trust to close. You will be selling into e‑commerce and retail businesses, with a strong focus on home delivery and last‑mile solutions. You don’t just close the deal and move on. What you will be responsible for New Business and Pipeline Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and referrals. Identify and prioritise high‑value prospects. Keep a consistent flow of opportunities moving. Sales and Closing Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed deal. Confidently sell both pick‑up point and home delivery solutions. Own the deal start to finish and ensure continual progress. Client Engagement Spend time in front of clients, building real relationships. Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Negotiate and close deals with confidence. Solution and Commercial Thinking Understand how our solutions work operationally. Be comfortable facilitating conversations around integrations and APIs.
