Key Responsibilities Assist technicians with servicing, repairs, and maintenance of machinery and equipment Prepare tools, materials, and work areas for daily maintenance activities Maintain workshop cleanliness, organization, and safety standards Support basic diagnostics and fault-finding processes Travel to operational sites to assist with breakdowns and repairs Use modern diagnostic equipment and AI-supported systems Assist with general workshop duties and operational support when required Minimum Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably relating to diesel machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial machinery Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites Physically fit and comfortable performing hands‑on work Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior technicians Basic computer literacy Ability to work in physically demanding industrial and workshop environments Personality & Work Ethic We are looking for a reliable, hands‑on individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile in a demanding industrial environment.
