The Role We are seeking a proactive Outreach Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts. Your main goal is to schedule 5 qualified discovery calls per week for our sales team. Until that KPI is met, responsibilities include: Add 40 qualified leads daily to Apollo.io Run personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences Make 100 cold calls per day Keep the Hubspot CRM fully updated Track activities using a daily scorecard Attend daily huddles and weekly team sessions Explore alternative channels (Facebook, Twitter) Build awareness by engaging with communities (Quora, LinkedIn, blogs) Participate in training with enthusiasm and a passion for learning We're looking for someone who loves cold calling, enjoys the challenge of outreach, and thrives in a results-driven environment.
