Theyre looking for an Accountant who can jump into the full finance function and become part of the operational heartbeat of the business. From stock and costings to reconciliations and reporting, youll work closely with finance and operational teams to keep the numbers accurate and the factory financially efficient.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full accounting function up to management accounts Prepare journals, reconciliations and month-end reporting Assist with stock accounting, costing and inventory controls Monitor production-related expenses and cost variances Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting and audit processes Assist with improving financial controls and operational efficiencies Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance SAICA or SAIPA articles beneficial 2 to 3 years experience in a full-function accounting role Manufacturing industry experience essential Strong understanding of stock, costing and operational finance processes Good Excel skills and strong attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment If youre ready to move into a role where finance meets production, processes and real operational impact, this could be the next step off your accounting assembly line!
