Work Hours (Client) : 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST | Extended hours during tax seasonPay Range : $1500 - $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)Location of Search : South AfricaWork Location : RemoteCompany/Client Overview:We're currently seeking a Remote Tax Preparer to join our team and help us scale operations, with a strong preference for someone who is fluent in Chinese to better serve our expanding Chinese-speaking client base.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and file personal and business tax returns Handle sales tax and payroll tax filings Review client-provided financial information and ensure accuracy Communicate with clients regarding tax-related documents and deadlines Assist in maintaining up-to-date client records and documentation Be available for extended hours during tax season Minimum Requirements:Language requirement: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin/Chinese is required and non-negotiable Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in US tax preparation (U.S. personal and business taxes) is required Proficient in handling sales tax and payroll tax Fluent in Chinese-Mandarin - verbal and written.
