Reports to: Head of E-Commerce We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of online marketing activities for a premier, design‑led e-commerce business. Working closely with the UK‑based Head of E‑Commerce, you will be responsible for turning defined strategies into high‑performing, high‑quality campaigns. This is a standalone, hands‑on role initially, offering the opportunity to shape the future team structure as the business continues its growth trajectory. We are looking for an analytical, independent professional who is comfortable being accountable for results. Key Responsibilities Channel Management: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Paid Social (Meta) , Email Marketing (Klaviyo) , and SEO (content and on‑page). Onsite Experience: Implement and manage onsite personalization strategies to drive conversion. Agency Coordination: Collaborate with external agency partners on paid search and affiliate marketing, providing data‑driven feedback and insights. Reporting: Produce regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights and recommendations. Optimization: Continually analyze campaign data to improve efficiency and ROI. KPI Ownership: Drive revenue, manage Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) , and ensure high email engagement and deliverability. Daily Integration: Participate in daily stand‑ups with Product Data and Customer Service teams to align marketing with product availability and customer needs. Brand Integrity: Maintain a consistent, premium, and design‑led—yet friendly—tone of voice across all communications. Candidate Profile Required Skills & Experience E‑commerce Expertise: Proven experience in a hands‑on digital marketing role within the e‑commerce sector. Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4, SEMrush, and Shopify . Analytical Mindset: Confident working with data to inform strategic decisions and campaign adjustments. Content Tools: Proficiency in Trello , as well as Canva and/or Photoshop for asset preparation. Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, capable of executing independently from structured briefs. Accountability: Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes. Methodical: Calm and organized under pressure, with a clear focus on commercial performance.
