Role overview As a Promotions Manager you will work closely with the Retention Marketing Manager, creating, segmenting and executing campaigns across key regulated markets. You will ensure that campaigns are commercially appropriate, regionally relevant, innovative and creative. Key responsibilities Manage interventions in key markets, providing feedback, coaching, training and development to optimise team performance. Execute global and regional campaigns for key supporting teams, tailoring them to strategic objectives. Ensure ad‑hoc and last‑minute campaigns are executed flawlessly through Quickfire teams. Seek and implement tactics to maximise revenue and minimise churn. Monitor changes ensuring a solid commercial understanding of ROI on all promotions and campaigns. Create and monitor reporting templates to evaluate promotions and their impact on business. Fact‑check User Experience considerations in all promotions and campaigns. Conduct competitor research and analysis to ensure relevance and competitiveness. Keep abreast of organisation’s developing products and/or services. Work closely with all key stakeholders to maximise output and effectiveness. Understand brand and product proposition across all communication channels. Optimise resource use and monitor team productivity levels. Essential qualifications Advanced Diploma (NQF7 or equivalent) in business management, marketing or advertising. Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high quality standards. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities. Proven track record running global promotional/ product launches. Desirable skills In‑depth knowledge of casino markets, including promotional tools and player behaviour. Understanding of AB testing methodology. In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms for organic promotional reach, audience creation and engagement.
