WE ARE HIRING DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE, Cape Town Luxury Hospitality Environment. We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars and banqueting operations, while leading a high-performing hospitality team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Food & Beverage outlets including banquets Plan, forecast and manage departmental budgets and revenue targets Oversee outlet managers and supervisors in daily operations Develop innovative menus and dining concepts with culinary teams Monitor guest satisfaction and service standards Implement cost control strategies to maximise profitability Organise promotions, food festivals and guest loyalty initiatives Analyse monthly profit & loss reports and take corrective action where needed Lead recruitment, training and performance management of F&B teams Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual guests Ensure compliance with operational, health and safety standards Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality Requirements Experience in Luxury Hotel Or Hospitality Environments Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards Experience managing multiple outlets and banqueting operations Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong financial and budgeting skillsProfessional guest engagement and communication abilities Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous) Success Metrics Guest Satisfaction Performance against budgets Cost management and operational efficiency This is a live-out role in Cape Town. #J-18808-Ljbffr
