Role Overview Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, target, and win new logo clients across priority segments. Build and execute strong pipeline generation plans aligned to software growth targets. Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles from opportunity identification through to deal closure. Consistently exceed revenue and ACV targets. Consultative Solution Selling Position Experian as a strategic partner. Translate client pain points into tailored cloud/software solutions. Lead solution design conversations with business and technical stakeholders in collaboration with PreSales and technical teams. Articulate clear business value, ROI, and transformation outcomes. Ascend Platform & Cloud Expertise Act as a subject matter expert in the Ascend platform and software suite. Demonstrate knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure), SaaS models, and data platforms. Lead demos, proof of concepts, and technical workshops in collaboration with PreSales and technical teams. On‑Premise to Cloud Migration Identify opportunities to transition clients to cloud‑based platforms. Build migration value cases including cost, scalability, and innovation benefits. Partner with technical teams and Pre‑Sales on migration strategies. Manage client concerns relating to risk and change management. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management Engage at C‑suite and senior decision‑maker level. Build trusted relationships across IT, Data, Risk, and Business functions. Navigate complex buying environments. Success Measures New business revenue and ACV growth. Number of on‑premise to Ascend migrations. Pipeline generation and conversion rates. Client adoption and expansion. Experience and Skills Minimum Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as: Business / Commerce Information Technology / Computer Science Engineering or related discipline Preferred Postgraduate qualification (e.g. Honours, MBA, or equivalent) Certifications in: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Data, analytics, or software platforms Key Requirements Proven track record as a hunter in software/SaaS sales. Strong enterprise solution selling experience with revenue achievements. Experience in cloud‑based and platform sales. Understanding of cloud migration, SaaS, and enterprise integration. Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales performance. Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams. Highly target‑driven with strong negotiation skills.
