About the role As a Customer Service Host, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality service within the contact centre covering live chats, calls and emails, assisting customers with their queries and complaints to provide world‑class service. Responsibilities Provide world‑class customer service by responding to customer queries by telephone, email, and online chats. Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment. Input pertinent information into relevant databases. Complete tasks assigned during shifts. Build and manage customer relationships while cross‑selling products and services. Solve problems during shifts. Handle and take full responsibility for customer‑related queries. Manage time effectively and adhere to schedule. Perform additional tasks given by managers or shift supervisors as required. What you’ll bring Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) and the ability to break down complex ideas. A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work. Adaptability and a positive attitude in fast‑moving environments. The ability to handle complex interactions clearly and effectively. Matric with 2+ years of customer service experience, or a completed Degree/Diploma with no experience required. Availability to work 24/7 shifts. Reliable transport. Desirable skills In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types and market trends. Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations. Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions. Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies. Expertise in managing multiple customer contacts simultaneously.
