Description We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead product development of key features in our product roadmap, drive key business metrics, and develop requirements for innovative technologies. The successful candidate will manage complex businesses, solve technical challenges, and influence cross‑functional partner teams to bring initiatives to completion. A data‑driven mindset and a strong ability to translate metrics into business insight are essential. The role requires clear communication of priorities and effective collaboration with stakeholders across software engineering, logistics, product management, legal, finance, and core retail businesses. Success in this position demands comfort with ambiguity, the ability to work across a wide range of stakeholders, and passion for solving challenging problems while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. Responsibilities Build and manage high‑quality product roadmaps aligned with business vision and strategy. Prioritize and balance trade‑offs to deliver the right features at the right time and quality. Promote and drive decision‑making throughout the team. Partner with global product teams to identify and influence the development of new products and services. Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders; gain support for the strategy and roadmap by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership. Own, build, and drive the customer experience with key local and global stakeholders such as legal, accounting, operations, and tech. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience. Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience delivering end‑to‑end product delivery. Experience delivering features and managing trade‑offs of a product. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or above in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field. Experience influencing senior leadership through data‑driven insights. Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel, and other tools. Experience in high‑impact roles in operations, including vendor management, supply chain, and retail operations. Experience working with internal consumers, especially in emerging countries.
