About the Role Seeking a Demand Analyst who supports the Demand Planning team through data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking, and forecasting. The role ensures accurate planning data, visibility of forecast performance, and timely reporting to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. It also supports the effective use of Kinaxis RapidResponse within Demand Planning. Your role is pivotal – you’ll elevate the team’s skill set, ensure smooth operation of our Demand Planning Team, and leave a lasting impact on our supply process. This role allows you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence goes beyond operations to truly shape our success. Responsibilities Sales Analysis & Forecasting Support: Analyse sales trends and historical data to support accurate forecast reviews and demand planning decisions. Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare and maintain regular demand planning reports and dashboards to provide visibility on performance. KPI Tracking & Communication: Track key planning KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy (MAPE) and ensure timely sharing of reports in line with agreed timelines. Data Quality & Issue Identification: Identify, highlight, and address data gaps and inconsistencies to ensure reliable planning inputs. Systems & IBP Support: Maintain demand planning data in Kinaxis RapidResponse and other systems, ensuring accuracy, supporting uploads/updates, and assisting the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process. Experience Graduate qualification in Finance / Project Management / Sciences / Engineering related with Honors or Masters, PhD degree (2024 onwards). 0-3 years of work experience.
