Role Overview Seeking a senior, business-savvy Project Manager with deep Rewards experience to lead complex, large-scale initiatives across Rewards and Digital Channels. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and delivery excellence in evolving, data-driven environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery across Rewards and Digital initiatives Define and implement project governance frameworks and delivery structures Develop and manage integrated project plans , timelines, and dependencies Facilitate workshops with business, technical teams, and external partners Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, compliance, and operations Manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) with mitigation strategies Provide executive-level reporting , insights, and progress updates Oversee vendor and partner coordination Ensure alignment between technology solutions and business outcomes Establish communication and change management plans to support adoption Track delivery against scope, budget, and timelines Key Skills & Experience Financial services / insurance experience (preferred) Strong stakeholder engagement & leadership Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional teams Exposure to data-driven / AI-influenced delivery environments Non-Negotiable Requirements Rewards models & rule configuration Partnerships & onboarding 8–10 years’ Project Management experience Delivery of complex, strategic Rewards programmes Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
