Introduction We are seeking an experienced and strategic Change Manager (Technology) to lead organisational change and adoption initiatives across major digital transformation programs, including ERP and enterprise-wide technology projects. This role is responsible for driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful implementation and long-term benefits realisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimising disruption, embedding new ways of working, and building organisational capability throughout the transformation journey. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for ERP and digital transformation initiatives Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organisational readiness reviews Lead communication and engagement initiatives to support change adoption Design and oversee training programs, user guides, and knowledge transfer activities Partner with project managers, ICT teams, and business leaders to integrate change activities into project lifecycles Monitor adoption, measure outcomes, and report on benefits realisation Identify and manage risks related to resistance, engagement, and business disruption Support leadership with reporting and updates on change progress and organisational readiness Build organisational change capability by mentoring leaders and staff on change management practices Desired Experience & Qualification Degree in Business, Technology, Organisational Change, Communications, or related field Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, CMI, or equivalent) Extensive experience in organisational change management within ERP or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs Strong understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter Experience managing stakeholder engagement, communications, and training initiatives Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience within government, utilities, or regulated industries will be advantageous Package & Remuneration Competitive salary package #J-18808-Ljbffr
