Diesel Mechanic – Buses | The Netherlands Are you a Diesel Mechanic who enjoys working on big vehicles and solving technical problems? Do you like a workshop environment where no day is exactly the same? Then this could be a great next step for you. In this role, you will work on buses that keep people moving every day in the Netherlands. You will be part of a team of experienced and newer mechanics, where you can share knowledge, learn from others and continue developing your skills. What will you do? Diagnosing and repairing diesel and electric buses Troubleshooting technical faults and control systems Repairing electro-pneumatic doors and other bus systems Using hand tools, diagnostic equipment and workshop tools Working together with colleagues to solve technical issues Logging completed work orders on your tablet Joining training sessions from manufacturers to keep your knowledge up to date What do you bring? A trade certificate in automotive technology or a related technical field 2–5 years of experience working on buses, trucks or other heavy vehicles Willingness to work standby shifts when needed The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a practical mindset What can you expect from Xelvin?
