Immediate availability highly preferred. What You’ll Do Responsibilities Create and manage waybills for customer deliveries, depot transfers, collections and other logistics movements. Support daily driver scheduling and monitor delivery movements. Coordinate collections and deliveries with internal departments, drivers, couriers and relevant stakeholders. Assist with Sub‑Saharan Africa customer logistics, including shipment arrangements, tracking documents and customs clearance documentation. Prepare, check and coordinate shipping instructions, air waybills and related logistics documentation. Communicate delivery delays, failed collections, schedule changes or logistics issues to the relevant stakeholders. Support cost control by maintaining records of courier quotations, approvals and logistics costs. Digitally file signed invoices, waybills and other logistics records for audit, invoicing and reporting purposes. Prepare and submit monthly logistics reports to the Outbound Logistics Manager. Assist with issue escalation and corrective action support to improve delivery performance and reduce recurring logistics problems. Qualifications At least 2 years’ hands‑on experience in logistics coordination or logistics administration. Experience working with Microsoft Excel and logistics systems such as D365, SAP or similar platforms. Ability to manage logistics records, waybills and documentation independently. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work. Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, drivers, couriers and customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced logistics environment. A proactive approach to identifying issues, escalating concerns and supporting operational continuity. Advantageous Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. 2–3 years’ experience in logistics administration, supply chain or a related administrative role. Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated distribution environment. Working knowledge of D365 or SAP.
