Key Responsibilities Manage the full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements. Oversee financial controls, risk management, and governance processes. Lead and mentor the finance team, driving performance and development. Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders. Provide commercial and strategic financial support to the executive team. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the finance function. Requirements Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable). Minimum 3 years' post-articles experience in a Financial Manager or similar role. Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise. Proven experience managing and developing finance teams. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
