Leadership Lead and develop a lean, multi-jurisdiction FP&A team. Set the standard for analysis, communication and business partnering across the finance function. What we are looking for Around 8–10 years of finance experience, with a strong track record in FP&A or strategic finance within financial services, ideally investment management, asset management or alternatives. Proven experience leading FP&A transformation, including rolling forecasts, driver-based planning and EPM platform use. Hands-on experience with Vena is a strong advantage; experience with Anaplan, Jedox or equivalent is also relevant. Solid grounding in IFRS and the economics of asset management (fee structures, NAV, AUM dynamics). Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures. Qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent); MBA an advantage. Advanced Excel and strong command of BI tools (Power BI preferred); comfort with EPM platforms (Vena) is expected. Fluent business English required (working language of the Group); working French an advantage given the Geneva headquarters.
